Carparts Distribution Center, Inc.
Rochester, New York, December 3, 2021: We are pleased to announce that Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc., a Rochester, New York based corporation (“Hahn”) and Carparts Distribution Center, Inc., a Plaistow, New Hampshire based company (“Carparts”), have signed a definitive agreement for Hahn to acquire Carparts. Both Hahn and Carparts are warehouse distributors of aftermarket automotive parts. Stan Lewis, Carparts’ President, will continue with the company following the completion of the transaction. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close on or about December 27, 2021, were not disclosed.
Carparts is a warehouse distributor of aftermarket automotive parts with its main warehouse location in Plaistow, New Hampshire, along with twenty (20) jobber/retail stores located in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Hahn and Carparts are both members of the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance, Inc., a leading international buying and marketing association. It was important for my employees to have a welcoming place to work.” Carparts’ President, Stan Lewis, stated, “We are extremely pleased to be joining Hahn to continue with the business of the combined Hahn/Carparts entity. This combination provides significant opportunities for growth for our customers, including enhanced sales and marketing efforts throughout the New England area.”
